Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admission@scollegeleadership.com. Cancellations are only confirmed upon acknowledgment by the South Business School of Leadership. Cancellations made beyond a 14-day period from the date of purchase will result in the client being responsible for the full fee. A 20% administrative fee may be applied at the institution’s discretion for order cancellations.

Refund Policy

The South Business School of Leadership provides goods and services subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the institution will issue a full refund within 30 days. Client order cancellations may incur a 10% administrative fee.

Payments Methods

The South Business School of Leadership accepts MasterCard and VISA credit cards. Alternative payment methods, such as electronic funds transfer (EFT), may also be available.
